7.65x53: different bullet sizes for 1891 & 1909 mausers? |

thanks to this forum, i was able to locate 7.65x53 ammo. (i got it from graf, but special thanks to stantheman, whose tip on militaryammunition.com [aka LC] just got me 100 rounds of prvi for $35). got another question now: do the 1891 argentine and 1909 peruvian take the same bullet size, or might there have been some change, as there was with the 8x57JS? i've seen a few comments by now saying that ammo worked well in post-1900 guns, but not in 1891s.
thanks and thanks. glenn |
